This term in Geography we have been learning all about river systems. The children have made their own systems and labelled the main features.

WOW start for writing a biography about Anne Frank
Today in writing, we used drama to learn what it was like to be a child in World War 2. Acting out what children had to do when they were evacuated to the countryside.
Fun in the Snow,
Snow days are the best. We even found a little hedgehog hiding in the snow. We have rescued him and taken him to an animal rescue shelter to make sure he is alright.
Using charcoal
In Art this term we are focusing on drawing. This week we have been using the medium of charcoal and drawing still life showing light and shade. Although very messy, the children have produced some lovely pieces of abstract art.
